(1) Which payment options are available on 3sista?

We, at 3sista, support more than 200 payment options. We accept 7 types of Credit Cards, 50+ Net Banking, 98+ Debit Cards, 12 ATM Cards, 43 Bank’s IMPS, 11 Prepaid Instruments, 13 Bank EMI and many more!

We also offer COD (Cach on Delivery) for selected cities and states. Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

For your convenience, we keep adding new payment methods regularly.

(2) Which payment gateways are used for processing payments on 3sista?

We use internationally renowned and secured payment gateways managed and approved by the leading banks only. All payments are processed by either RazorPay or Stripe or CCAvenue or Paypal payment gateways.

(3) Is payment made on 3sista safe and secured?

Definitely. All the payments made on 3sista are 100% safe and secured. All payments are processed by either RazorPay or Stripe or CCAvenue or Paypal payment gateways. These payment gateway use the most powerful Verisign secure socket layer (SSL) for encrypting customer data during transmission.

Verisign provide the most powerful & secured certificates. It’s impossible to crack Verisign SSL. To put this into non-technical terms, it would take 340,000,000,000 years for today’s fastest computers to crack Verisign SSL.

All credit card and debit card payments on 3sista are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

(4) Are there any hidden charges (or taxes) when I make a purchase on 3sista?

Definitely not. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on 3sista.

Shipping FAQs

(1) Do you provide free shipping? Is there any delivery charges?

We provide free shipping for most of our items we sell on 3sista.  But there may be extra delivery charges for few exceptional items (not for all items) and for remote delivery locations. In such exceptional case, you will see delivery charges on the product page as well as on checkout page.

Don’t worry for any hidden charges or taxes. The price you see on the product and checkout page is exactly what you pay.

(2) What is the estimated delivery time?

Estimated delivery time depends on many factors like product’s availability and the destination to which you want the order shipped to. In most of the cases, you will get your product in 7 working days excluding public holidays and Sundays.

(3) Which courier partners 3sista is associated with?

A wide range of courier partners indeed! With more than 17 courier partners, we shop orders to over 26000 pincodes in India. Our courier partners includes ShadowFax, DHL, BlueDart, Delhivery, eKart, FedEx, Gati, Ecom Express, XpressBees, Rapid Delivery and many more.

(4) Does 3sista deliver internationally?

At present, 3sista doesn’t deliver items internationally.

You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and other countries, but please make sure that the delivery address is in India.

(5) What is (COD) Cash on Delivery?

COD stands for Case-On-Delivery.

If you are not comfortable making an online payment, you can pay with cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.

Please not that COD is not available for all the items we sell on 3sista. COD is available for selected items and for selected cities and states.

(6) Why is the COD option not offered in my location?

Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit.

Tracking FAQs

(1) Do you provide real-time order tracking facility to the buyers?

Of-course yes! We give our buyers the comfort of tracking their orders through regular SMS and email updates. You will receive your tracking details as soon as order is processed by us.

Return & Refund FAQs

(1) Do you provide any money back guarantee?

Yes we provide 7 days money back guarantee. But please note that this gaurantee is not applicable for all products. Kindly read our RETURN POLICY for more details.

(2) I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

We, at 3sista, have established an easy return process. You can contact us in case you want to return any damaged or defective item. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

Wherever possible our courier partners will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through our courier partners, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by us.

(3) If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?

You can always contact us or check our online system to know the status of your replacement. Please not that replacement will be initiated after the originally delivered item is returned and picked up.

Estimated delivery time of the replacement depends on many factors like product’s availability and the destination to which you want the order shipped to. In most of the cases, you will get your product in 4-5 days.

(4) Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in Returns Policy?

No, We will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the our RETURN POLICY.

(5) Do I have to return the freebie when I return any product?

Yes, the freebie has to be returned along with the product. Please make sure you return complete, correct, unused and undamaged product with all the accessories you received with the product package.
